Can you drop-ship my duplication order directly to my client(s)?

Yes. We can ship your duplication order directly to your clients domestically or internationally. Our preferred carriers are FedEx and UPS.

Can you supply my graphic designer with specifications for labels?

Certainly. We have label templates for most video and audio formats available in PostScript and/or PDF formats for download directly from our site. We can also fax or e-mail them to you.

What file format(s) are acceptable for labeling jobs that use logos or graphics?

We prefer to receive graphic files as PC format TIFFs, but we can accept a wide variety of file types, including Adobe PSD, PDF and AI as well as standard PC and Mac formats like BMP and JPEG.

What is the policy for same-day service?

Our usual minimum turnaround is 24 hours for most duplication orders. However, we understand that sometimes that is just not fast enough. In extreme rush situations we can provide an express service which features same-day turnaround. Please call or e-mail to set up a same-day turnaround for your project.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits, students, or Film Arts Foundation members?

We do offer a 10% discount for members of the Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC) or Film Arts Foundation (FAF) with current membership documentation.

What types of standards conversions do you offer?

We can convert to and from just about any standard there is. For a complete explanation of standards and which countries use which standards, go to our Standards Information page.

What types of payment can you accept?

We can accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments over the phone and soon through our Secure Server. We also accept cash and company/personal checks with valid picture I.D.

When do I pay for my order?

Qualified clients can set up a Net-30 credit account with us and a hard copy invoice will be mailed out to your Accounts Payable department. Download our application for an account now. Print, complete, and fax back to us to get approved. All other clients are COD and payment must be received before a job can be released. All COD clients are required to provide a valid credit card number as deposit before any work can begin.

Do you have parking available at your facility?

Yes. Dub Express offers free parking for our clients to use while dropping off and picking up orders.

Do you sell tape stock?

Yes. Although we are not a tape stock reseller, we usually have enough stock on hand to help you out in a pinch. Contact us for pricing and details.

Do you offer film to tape transfers?

Yes, we do offer 16mm film to tape transfers. We highly recommend Monaco Video for all your super-16mm and 35mm film transfer needs.

Can I supply my own tape stock?

No. For quality control reasons, Dub Express will not accept outside stock.

Can I supply my own labels?

Yes. You may supply your own pre-printed labels for your duplication order. A $0.10 per label application fee will be assessed for Crack-and-Peel labels. If you have any questions about labeling, feel free to contact us.

Do you rent video equipment?

Dub Express does not rent video equipment but our sister company, Rental Express, rents a wide variety of professional gear to get you from pre to post.
